Announcing a symposium on rhetorical stylistics and grammatical constructions featuring a brilliant cast of internationally famous keynotes (the Amazing Jeanne Fahnestock, the Wonderful Adele Goldberg, the Remarkable Laura Michaelis); a team of incredible new-generation presenters, on Chinese Figuration, Large Language Models, Sermonic Figuration, and Computational Figure Detection; and an exciting poster session on The Rhetoricon Database Project, figurative constructions, child language figuration, rhetorical figures during cognitive decline, and an ontology of lexical repetition figures.
